      Large company with some nice people

      Cons

      Very cliquey, difficult to feel a team environment unless you're 'in' with certain people. Stuck in dark ages with regards to treating staff like humans with life's outside of work. You're a number, not a name.

      Mark Lane office is ok Some really nice people work/worked here

      Cons

      No culture or values Negative environment Fun is discouraged No perks or benefits Cliques in management Old fashioned and delusional management "Them and us" attitude Constant rumours because there is no communication from management Everyone ends up leaving within 6-18 months

      Stuck in the dark ages

      Pros

      *Very centrally located in London *Some great colleagues and clients *Opportunity to work with some well established organisations *Ability to work from home

      Cons

      *Stuck in the dark ages literally and metaphorically (we work in a basement, don’t forget to take a torch) *The leadership structure is a mess and no one takes responsibility. Certain members of management would rather point the finger rather than work with their team to help point them in the right direction. *HR seems to be nothing but an automated service. *The sales team is like The Wolf Of Wall Street without the money and less class. Morale is non existent and playground behaviour is encouraged rather than stamped out. *Severe lack of resources. AVMI are caught in a constant loop of broken promises and apologies to clients. *No benefits package.
