      You will meet nice and friendly colleagues, and you might have a good boss.

      Cons

      The top management treat people badly, e.g. by screaming at them. The company culture is rooted in a time, when the company was much, much smaller and doesn't follow the company's growth. The actual values of the company are: money, money and money (NOT closely followed by anything, especially not the "official" values). The "official" values have absolutely nothing to do with the company or how things are done there.
