Very good about work-life balance and giving employees the time they need to take care of family and other personal issues. Great group of smart and dedicated employees. Small organization that takes good care of their people. Nice office space in a good location.
Cons
Management is very risk adverse and slow to change (which is odd for a small company). Their unwillingness to try new things or move forward with new ideas is costing them business and causing the company to lose momentum. Too bad because the product is strong and the employees really care about the organization.
