      Pros

      I was always learning and always have a new computer system design to work on or integrate. Friendly co-workers and positive work environment.

      Cons

      There are not many new positions that become available, nor are there new opportunities to become a manager within the organization.

      Work here just for the resume boost

      Pros

      SOME of the workers are great and understanding / helpful. You get bonuses. You get a decent resume booster.

      Cons

      Poor management. Very unorganized. Zero growth unless someone above you quits. No clear future / goals of the company, just "we want to expand" They force engineers especially, to become business / account managers. Engineers are treated like bottom feeders. Lastly, they play favoritism and it is very obvious so if you aren't one of them just try and get by under the radar.

      Pros

      Some coworkers were great! Very rare but nice to get company lunch once and awhile. Also nice to get quarterly bonuses but again could be much much better. Something is better than nothing i suppose.

      Cons

      No job security. Poor benefits. Most coworkers are unbearable. Management lacks leadership and could care less about your thoughts or opinions. Stuck in their ways. Dead end job. Management promotes people who skim along while the people that are actually hard working and try to better the company get sidelined and punished. Management also promotes unfair favoritism.
