They are very willing to work with you and have a lot of empathy for individual situations. Communication is very open, you can ping just about every level of leadership for small talk if you really want to. Solid benefits structure and many lifelong employees.

Cons

They struggle to keep up with industry trends for compensation based on location. Case by case basis though, some places are right on par, others are pretty far behind.
