Pros

ATOSS is a highly financially stable organization, with a clear ambition to expand internationally. Its product offering is exceptionally well-suited to the European market and is a strong leader in the German market, presenting numerous opportunities for growth and development. In addition, the various yearly events are extremely well and professionally organised.

Cons

Although management promotes the idea of a "ATOSS Family" culture, many, including myself, would argue that such a culture is virtually nonexistent. I have experienced funerals with a more positive atmosphere than that of some ATOSS offices. Leadership demands an exceptionally high level of work ethic, resulting in a culture prone to burnout. Employees are expected to achieve workloads that would typically require more than one person. Targets are structured in a way that fosters internal departmental politics. Furthermore, many decisions that significantly impact day-to-day operations are poorly considered, often leading to additional problems for which the executing employees are subsequently held responsible. There are numerous aspects to be cautious of before considering ATOSS as your next employer.

Pros

The teamwork and mutual respect within my former team were exceptional.

Cons

Customers were furious about constant calculation errors, and guess who had to take the heat? Us consultants. We were stuck explaining away glitches we had no control over, and ATOSS customer service? Laughably bad. There is no way to fix the problems ourselves, just hours wasted placating clients while ATOSS sat on their hands.

Pros

I don't know if there's any good to this. The experience was stressful and frustrating!!

Cons

It's the ridiculous performance metrics that make this job incredibly stressful!! That's aside from the fact that we get to deal with rude customers on a daily basis, and a manager who pressures and harasses us to score higher!
