Co-workers are great. The offices are very nice, with a great location across from Metro Center. The organization's purpose is extremely interesting and important. This could be an incredible place to work
Cons
Inconsistent remote work policies have caused resentment and reduced morale. Management's doubts about the longevity of new hires undermine their confidence and commitment. Maybe they should try building a supportive environment that fosters career growth and loyalty. They have outdated work policies and need to modernize office policies to reflect current working practices and staff needs. Micromanagement issues in every department significantly impact employee morale and productivity. While there is a strong culture among lower-level employees, this culture is not always supported or mirrored by management.
