      We are very sorry you feel this way. But honestly, we are confused. We only recently (Jan 2021) promoted our first male to manager/director on the development/delivery team. And we have never hired people in Los Angeles (we are 100% remote from outside the USA). But if you wish to discuss this with us we would very much like to learn from your feedback so we can improve.       Pros

      - High salaries when comparing it to Latin American standards, always transfered on time and no-hassle. - Over 60% of women in the company and a female CEO, strives to add even more women into tech roles. - Ample PTO, US Holidays and up to 8 local holidays. - Great clients with amazing products, lots of opportunities to learn and grow as a professional while being part of those teams. - Fast and efficient hiring process, with recruiters that actually care about the candidates. - Free fitness app subscription and 1 Free Udemy course per quarter. - A warm, welcoming work environment. AW is sort of an intermediary between you and the client (the company you will be working with). In the hiring process they will find a position within their available clients that match your profile, and arrange the interviews with them. AW will manage the payment for the work you do with the client.

      Cons

      - The Salary Range is not displayed in the offers or postings. - Bonus ranges are not defined on the hiring process (They vary according to your role/length of employment/performance). - No healthcare/savings/equity programs. - Since it's still on its early stages, thing such as career path are not yet defined. - Comparing to US salaries (i.e your colleagues on the client team you'll work it), your salary will be way lower, and you are not getting the same benefits as an employee.
