Not a good company! Im in dahej plant .This company is anti employee . They treat there employees like dogs and make them work overtime without any pay . They say you get casual leaves but it is very difficult to use them . They will call you to work even on your weekly off day. The food is so bad . People have literally found insects in the food still no one does anything. The worst department is the HR department ( ironicallyit should be the best ). The HR literally dont care . If you want to waste your life , learn nothing and end your day with frustration, then you should think of joining this company. But if you wanna live happily and maintain work life balance please don't come to this company. The packages are also so low. Last thing.. the plant is located in a very remote location 40 kms away from the main city of bharuch which is also a very bad city, very polluted. You dont get anything to eat near the plat so you have to eat the bad food .I'll tell you ... the morning bus comes at 8:00 am , then you'll reach plant at 9:00 am . You work from 9 to 6 and then the bus leaves at 6:30 pm in the evening. You'll reach the city by 7:30 PM and then you'll be so tired that you won't be able to do anything.
So last word ... dont come !
