      A genuine nice place to work

      Pros

      I used to work a 60+ hr. a week schedule, and used to have to be on my feet all day, compared to that the job of Front desk at ATG is amazing. The hours are normal and consistent, and there are many opportunities to work more hours if wanted. When I first got hired as well, due to my experience, I was able to negotiate the pay by allowing me to have a little more responsibility in the role, which was great! The staff is overall kind, and always honest and upfront about job tasks.

      Cons

      Mostly everything has been great here, I would say the only cons sometimes can be a loss in communication on certain things, but overall everyone tries their best to make sure everything is accurately communicated.

      Pros

      Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is a great place to work. A place where a job well done, is met with words of praise and appreciation. This business offers its employees a flexible work schedule, as well as a competitive pay scale. ATG will even encourage its staff members to improve upon their current skill level. The staff works together as a well-structured team, offering to help each other out in order to get the job done, which includes the business owners, who will step into the workflow whenever necessary. Finally, the work environment is clean, and well maintained, with a kitchen area equipped to handle light food preparation, and storage. Quite often, computer-training boot camps are scheduled, which are catered events, enabling ATG staff to partake in a delicious lunch break, enjoying foods prepared by one of the local restaurants. ATG is by far, one of the best places in which I’ve ever worked, and would highly recommend this business to anyone interested.

      Cons

      Now keep in mind that I’ve been an ATG employee for over ten years, so given what I have written above, you can see why I am truly hard pressed to come up with anything that I would consider negative, while working at this company. The employers are fair, and very friendly, and my co-workers are terrific folks as well. The wages are fare, and competitive with the job market. With all this said, as a long-term staffer, I’ve really nothing to say that would shed negative light upon this business.
