I thought the atmosphere was pretty relaxed and fostered a work and life balance. The PTO is okay; depending on the manager / team lead, it can be enjoyable. Like any other company, some manager's micro-manage and some don't. Most of the people there are great associates. Chris was my manager, and although he did everything by the book, he was the best, even if you may or may not have professionally admired him.

Cons

In order to support career minded people at ATBS, it needs to up the pay and PTO. ATBS goes after recent college graduates and pays him or her nearly nothing and that is evident with the high employee turnover. There are no internal controls for upper management, with the wrong type of management that place is easily acceptable to fraud and toxicity, which I am sure happens already.

They are honest. When they are going to screw you over then they will let you know before it is coming.

Cons

It has a clique culture and the managers play favorites. I hope you prefer Obamacare because half of the people there use it or their own private insurance. Employment is a revolving door. Every time they hire someone of value that person leaves with in a year. Everyone I know that is still working in inside sales would rather be working somewhere lese, with the exception of one ISE who only has a GED
