Pros
- Good training for pharmacists - gain a lot of clinical knowledge - pay was above average - clinical directors are supportive of progressing your career within AT Medics - ability to work from home - able to work autonomously without much micromanaging - the management team get to know all staff in each surgery - the work is interesting and varied
Cons
The workload is too much at times and There really is no way to reduce it without having a negative impact on patients
