No Training at all but managers always asked when project will be finished. Salary is extremely low but still ask you to do more things. Always checked cost and cost saving all over the company. Always challenge you and put you in a very stressful work status. Because of this you will never finish your work and rest so you always are overwhelmed. No work-life balance. Even after work colleagues are still discussing work things with you or through chat tools. Managers do not know how to manager people effectively especially wire bond software department where a lot of good staff left except the bad director who always push other people work till mid-night. Very old software version tool and very old PC which is very very slow. Even if in this case still ask you to do work quickly!! Better not join this company especially wire bond software team. Think more carefully before join and if you have other choices do not join this company.

So call Mnc but structure and working style are like SME. Micromanagement, long working hours (8am to 530pm) haven't include the overtime. As per what others had mentioned, they expect you to work overtime and put in 120% effort (so call their motto). You will feel like one person doing two person jobs. Totally no work life balance. Treat exempt staff like production worker whereby you need to clock in and out. Management will actually look at the time you came in and left after work. No overtime means you are not hardworking. Plenty of paper work as this company has not go green. What a weird company, if you need to send external email and uses Internet for work purposes, you will need to apply and give reasons and get your superior to approve before the IT dept can setup for you. Parking lot is one issue for those who drive, you cannot Park inside the company premises unless you got the ballot which is held quarterly. Unfortunately, for those who do not get the lots will have to pay extra for season parking outside. The turn over rate here is very very high. Please think twice before joining. I do not recommend people with working experience to join this company. Most of the time they hire fresh graduate because they haven't see the better world outside before.
