There are lot of cons and few of them are as below:
1. One of the worst management or we can say they don't have any management team itself
2. No process or rules/regulations, whatever they said that will become process/policy for that time.
3. You have to listen whatever they said no matter its good or bad and most worst part is you can't argue on that. they are like supreme court judge :(
4. They treat employee as their servant :(
5. No respect to employee :(
6. Even for a small query you need to follow up with them 10 to 20 times or more and that also will be unanswered. Their stander answer is "Will get back to you" which will never happen :(
7. Don't understand value of their employee
8. No growth , no learning opportunities from ASM.
9. They will make some non sense decision for you without your knowledge and worst part is they won't listen after no matter what level you are going to escalate. In fact there is no any hierarchy in ASM which you may follow for escalation, there are few people and all speak same word. You need to depend on client but client may tell you this not their business as they are just bother about their work, if you are able to work that is fine for them , if you have any issue concern you need talk with your vendor.
10. No matter whether you work or not the appraisal will be same for everyone.
11. No benefits from ASM, if they so any benefits those will be taken from your salary itself.
12. Honestly, I can't see even a single pros here in this consultancy.
