Got "ordered" to go in on the day my father was dying. Too many discounts not enough labour given.

Beyond General manager level the company is poorly run. Staff are not looked after, the operations team have holidays

Labour restraints are passed down with no thought of repercussions

Do not feel valued as they only pay minimum wage when I have years of experience in industry Unreliable shift patterns/ told not needed half way through shift Asked to go on 2/3 hr unpaid breaks on occasions which became frequent Wage progression non existent
