Cons
Unfortunately, what made ASICS Digital unique has long gone over the last year and a bit. With massive layoffs and many of the best people leaving (or being laid off), ASICS Digital continues to devolve from what it once was. The center of gravity is moving outside of its home office of Boston and it's making a once vibrant organization practically unrecognizable. Furthermore, there's a suspicious lack of ethnic diversity, especially at the senior leadership level. What made ASICS Digital, well, ASICS Digital hasn't been preserved, and the result is an organization that is just becoming a representation of everything wrong with Corporate America.
