      mates culture which has a 19 century mentality towards all staff outside their circle of trust

      Pros

      there are many good people wasting their lives working for asi because it's a family owned and operated business and it will only be good to you if you are family or friends

      Cons

      if you are neither family or friends then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere as although management boast it's all about the people it's really just about the money (money you will never see)

      Good for a foot in the door to the AU IT Industry. Don't stay too long.

      Pros

      Provides vendor training when applicable. Good for newcomers in the industry.

      Cons

      Poor culture and no appreciation for anyone outside of sales. Even though many solutions cannot be delivered without technical expertise. Pay is below industry average. Check to make sure you're not below award. Zero benefits for putting in the hard yards. i.e. more than your 38 hours a week.
