      Engineering management can be flexible Relaxed environment No dress code Desire for continuous improvement

      Cons

      Mix between "lean" manufacturing and old school manufacturing leads to constant communication issues and schedule changes. One job could be low on priority on a monday, and highest priority by the next day. It's almost like the schedule is written, then re-written, on a weekly basis.
