      Good pay with "expected" benefits of a large corporation; Division VP was a good leader.

      Cons

      Too many meetings; business was micromanaged; not a lot of staffing support.

      Salary was excellent and a good bonus program

      Cons

      Nothing but sales at the expense and welfare of the employees. Hyper micromanaging. Unimaginative and surprisingly good old boy leadership style. Very archaic.
