      Good people, plenty of work, low pay

      Pros

      The people are supportive and we can work from home.. nobody let go during pandemic.

      Cons

      There is more work than we can handle and playing catch up is the name of the game. ZForward planning is difficult to fit in. And the pay is below average in my opinion.

      Great products. Great people (most of them). Extensive training.

      Cons

      Managers don't listen to you. Arrogant. Out of touch with the times. Inflexible. Spend hours on CRM without any return feedback. Play with your sales numbers. Screw you out of bonus money...
