      Pros

      OK benefits, alot of parking, nice cafeteria, good lower management. Its ok if your looking for a quick job.

      Cons

      They don't seem to communicate anything with there employees. Management has a hard time doing there own jobs. Very poor management. They can't make a decision and stick with it. No opportunity for growth unless related to management. Management lies alot. Your not told you make mistakes until review time. There raises are very poor. And there reviews are even poorer. Not a good career building company.

      Pros

      Co workers have a great relation between each other. Any other aspect of the company is deplorable at best.

      Cons

      There is no transparency. Senior management and the HR department runs the company in a dictatorship style, by promoting fear, managerial bullying, and unrealistic expectations in every department . The morale of the company is non-existent and the employee's regardless of time in the company fear losing their jobs daily. The culture of the company as a whole is stagnant and lacks any type of integrity.

      Owner and product is getting old, management is confused, sales continue to slump

      Pros

      Amplifier Research is a well known name in industry. Their product is known for lasting a long time and doing what the advertisements say. True definition of industrial grade.

      Cons

      Sales continue to fall due to old product line and mismanagement. Management is confused as to what to do. It's obvious they do not know their market. That confused attitude has spread across the company. Everyone is afraid to say, "the king has no pants". The layoffs continue. They are fixing up the company to sell.
