      Great leadership - UR attracts too talent and good leaders are consistently out into the right positions

      Cons

      None really - this field can be blue collar so that might not be the right fit for everyone. But I really like it.

      Health insurance is provided, good IT equipment

      Cons

      Controlling and micro managing boss, no respect for personal time and space, mgmt treats everyone as children, expected OT from day one, bosses pinging you prior to and after work hours.
