      Procurement vs Purchase Order Generator

      Pros

      APR has strong vision and is the leader in their market. There are constant challenges and new product releases which keep the job interesting.

      Cons

      They are owned by an Equity Partner and the current management is controlled by an accountant with little knowledge of true procurement. The purchasing dept. is only allowed one person and the company really needs at least two. There is no one to go to above the CFO which is where the biggest problems lie.

      Pros

      There is no denying that APR is a very good looking company to work for. They have a talented team under their belt. However, the turnover rate is so high that they won't be keeping anyone for much longer. The only good thing about the company is the people that work there.

      Cons

      The biggest problem for this company is upper management. They do not pay people what they are worth, management does not support their employees, and the turnover rate is extremely high. Avoid this place if you can. Not worth the stress

      Pros

      Never a dull day at APR. The staff is very nice and was a pleasure to work with. They offer on site training, great benefits and the opportunity ride/drive some amazing cars.They have the best products and support staff in the VAG aftermarket industry.

      Cons

      None at this time. Was a great place to work and enjoyed every day.
