No pros everything is a con, instead of working here get some certification you will land a better job.
Cons
There are soo many cons, even I am afraid of where to start. Let's start with the offer letter. 1) The moment you will get the letter your brain will almost get a haemorrhage your eyes will get freezed and your heart will start getting traumatized. The salary will be a lot less than what that CTC usually have. Even after that during your induction days while registering they will further decrease your salary saying that by mistake we have put you in this category and will further decrease your salary. 2) Your monthly salary will be CTC/24. They will charge 4K a month for food even from WFH. Write as many emails as possible nobody will listen to you. Why ??? will reveal that below. And don't make the mistake of taking their accommodation because that's a fully-fledged low-quality villa in a remote location where you will get one room and that too on a shared basis with a shared washroom. you will be wasting your 7k there again and if in any case you left that hostel or due to covid/WFH you decided to leave it will still get deducted from your salary eternally. No internet claim, No reimbursement of any kind nothing. 3) Laptop you will be getting would at least be a decade older with almost every part being at least once repaired. Specifications areas below i. 30 min of battery life. If you go to the IT room for the replacement of the battery, they will not change. ii. Touchpad has no sensitivity and if you ask for a mouse they will ask you to bring your laptop and will touch once and say "It's working fine". iii. Will make noise greater than your generator. iv. Will be as heavy and chunky as a bag of cement. 4) This is the main part "Work" You will not work on ongoing tools and technologies here. Your work will be completely isolated from the above world. They make you work soo much that you will think you are learning and you are gaining a great amount of experience but that is not true. If by any chance you get out of here in 2 years you will understand what I am trying to say. They don't use any paid software, the company is just crawling doing "Jugads". They don't use any paid software only a free trial version. My biggest question is how a firm can use a free version with limited accessibility to do its job. In a nutshell, if here for at least experience do not do that because you will be finding it very difficult even to get in TCS after working here. 5) The Management The management is literally the thief, the company is very small and one who does works here for 3 years doesn't get a job anywhere so kind of typical "sarkari system" the issues will not get resolved rather they will blame you for their wrongdoings. In your first month cheque they will credit an extra amount of money in your account and after that HR will tell you to GPAY him isn't it strange, I also thought that. Go to the director and you will get to know that they are also included in that if you don't pay your salary will be blocked for months. And then there is no professionalism in this firm. It's very dingy and unprofessional, even in the worst case you could imagine how things are handled here
