Angry little company run by angry little me

Pros

Not much considering all the other companies in this space.

Cons

The culture at AMS is that of anger, division and fear. Angry people, throwing each other under the bus, micromanaging, brow beating subordinates, etc. Sort of like the military. Employees are encouraged to fight with each other. Encouraged to throw one another under the bus. Pay is also sub par for the market. Work here if you like being told what to do, are good are doing what you're told, don't or can't think for yourself, and etc.

Pros

Good people in certain parts of the company, most of whom get beaten down by upper management and pompous sales reps.

Cons

Management is somewhat inebriated by the exuberance of their own pomposity. Cruel, unkind and completely un-motivated, the sales "leadership", and I use this term lightly, make a habit of publicly demeaning others; often when the individual being ridiculed is in the room listening. No amount of money is worth taking a job here. If you are hired by this company for a sales position in the fall, you should plan on being fired by late spring. They hire seasonal sales reps to get them through the busy season and fire them as soon as it is over. They work you to death and then ask for more.

Pros

There use to be a lot of pros but hard to name one now.

Cons

Micromanagement, not organized, lost many perks, staff size is decreasing with no sight of new hires soon, no room for advancement, can't receive training.
