      Pros

      Not a demanding job. If you have ever shopped online or talked on a phone you can do this job. Flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      Supervisors are (well were, I don't know about now) a joke. They provide next to no function except to tell you once a month how to make your calls better, while providing no support. Lots of turnaround, due to crappy leadership.
