Leadership has little vision, poor communication, and ignores the values they preach. Decisions are made with little reason or forward thinking. Employees are treated as expendable assets rather than people. Few if any OKRs and opportunity to grow. The company hires from outside rather than allowing existing employees to gain responsibility and leadership skills.
Most of this stems from the fact that the majority of the leadership team has known one another for a long time. They are tight knit and do not accept outside ideas or advice.
It's a typical tech startup with very little respect for their employees. Lack of diversity is a major problem on most teams.
Avoid working here. The company is just a flash in the pan and won't last.
