Pros

During my time there, I made several positive friendships with fellow employees. Most of the employees work well together. it is hard to find much positive things to say honestly.

Cons

The turn over rate at this company is staggering. During my short three-months there, I had become the longest running employee in my department. They don't train their employees in the billing department and swiftly fire them if they don't do it exactly, claiming "they don't have time to train." They let several employees go right as their benefits would start during my time there. Leadership would purposely ignore night staff's concerns and emails. Other employees were openly criticized in front of other employees.

Pros

I am a full-time worker and have been with AIM for several years. AIM's vision for growth and success drive the company. Competitive salaries and benefits. Co-workers are great. Ownership wants nothing but the best for its employees and the company.

Cons

Very busy work environment. If you can't work in a fast-pace setting, AIM may not be the place for you.
