This needs to be 5 words but there are no Pros.

Cons

Management does not know what they’re doing. Pay is absolutely terrible. Engineers make less than $35,000/year and they expect you to work 10 hour days. If they offer you a job, do not take it.

Very poor communications between departments, Ridiculously high turn over they go through employees faster than pencils. -Lowest compensation in the industry for the amount of programs and work you will do, no bonuses whatsoever and raises are non existent. -You're Expected to work overtime every single day without pay even if there is not enough work. -HR is Extremely rude and dismissive.

- Good variety of hardware and software to gain experience on. - Relaxed dress code.

Cons

This is a one year temp employee mill. Turnover is the worst I've experienced. My department went through four employees in as many months. Extremely poor (borderline non-existent) training. Poor communication and combative culture between departments. Was trained by an employee with less than 3 months experience. Screaming matches during meetings. Benefits and insurance were well below par for salaried jobs.
