      Pros

      If you happened to get a managerial position you have a option of staying rent free at one the open residences. They provide tuition reimbursement and more helpful benefits.

      Cons

      You work hard, invest your time, effort etc and they barely show recognition for what you do.

      Time off is good. Benefits ok

      Cons

      No staff morale, no incentives, no recognition, no raises, NOTHING! Administration is top heavy in salary. Doesn't care about the little man. Haven't gotten a raise in 8 years but CEO gets 20k bonus🤔
