I will post my Resignation Letter to the owner Matt Archer... Just so you can get a feel for what I went through.
"Due to the fact that you could not give me the respect I deserve as your employee, you do not deserve my respect as my employer. This email is my official notice of my resignation. I will not be returning to AGSI Systems after completing my final day on September 3, 2020. While there are many reasons for my resignation, the most influential of my decisions is the manner of which you treat your employees in the workplace, as noted below:
-Belittling by making them feel as if they do nothing to meet your expectations
-Insulting and making them feel worthless
-Mocking and disrespecting them when they say something and immediately say "nah I'm just kidding" in a sarcastic manner
- Never sincerely apologizing when you were in the wrong
-Manipulating them into doing illegal tasks like selling counterfeit items
-and one of the worst of all: Sexually harassing the women and trying to make it seem like they are in the wrong for feeling violated, as if it is all a joke to you.
-Imitating the voice or tone of someone you would think is intellectually disabled in front of employees (i.e. the laugh you do when someone else laughs in the workplace).
You may deny these observations and even try to provide reasoning for them, but the truth of the matter is that you commit all of these acts on a regular, daily basis with no sense of remorse, empathy, or consideration for anyone but yourself.
You don't deserve the employees you have, and I truly hope you change for the sake of them. They are some of the best people I have met, and some of the most loyal to someone who doesn't acknowledge it. If you think that you make no mistakes, and are never in the wrong, you in fact, are incorrect. I truly did enjoy working at AGSI because of my coworkers, but I also came to realize, working for YOU, trumps all the positives.
P.S. The French maid outfit comment was never funny, and is grounds for sexual harassment."
His response was complete BS. & he claimed to only be trying to "help me". & then offered my fiance and I a beer on him.
As you can see, nothing phases him. He treats people like trash & expects the world. So unless you want to be disrespected & humiliated on a daily basis. Do NOT apply or interview here.
