Pros
1. Facilities provided at workplace are satisfactory 2. Some of the employees are really talented 3. Easy to learn different things from collegues 4. Salary is paid on time
Cons
1. Attrition rate is very high, every week you will see new face joining the company 2. They have very less projects thats why they might ask you on work which is irrelevant of your domain 3. Management is very poor, everything is decided by managers. HR people only handle joining process and rangoli kind of competitions 4. Not much secure for female employees as i have seen a employee harrassed by manager 5. Good for freshers but not for experienced people 6. They ask employees to rate on glassdoor and google to make rating better 7. Too much office politics 8. Hike is not so good 9. Managers are very unprofessional 10. Too much project shuffling
