I have worked for AFEX going on 5 years. If you prefer a smaller family owned business this is a great place to work! The owners invest in their company and are very active on a day to day basis. Always open to discussion, ideas, etc. AFEX is very team oriented and we have a great group of employees that work well independently and enjoy collaboration with other departments. Employees are passionate about our product and want to do all things right. AFEX has excellent benefits, offers an excellent work/life balance and is a growing company.
Cons
It is a small family owned business which might not be the right fit for everyone.

Nothing to complain about. I left the company because my wife's job moved out of state.
