Recruiters will promise you things they dont deliver on. I never needed to require an employer to put everything in the contract. I will after aetea. The rate was $4 lower an hr. Overtime pay was a lie as well as holiday pay. They promise wfh and dont deliver. Basically they say anything over the phone to get you to agree. Also a customer made a racist comment to an aetea employee, when the aetea mgr was told they posted the persons job rather than support their employee from abuse. Stay away. Horrible liars and people. Customer loved the work this consultant did but since aetea didnt honor the agreement or address tge racist comments, this employee had to quit.
