      always on the move and you stay busy. the job is the same but with different challenges daily.

      Cons

      this job takes a lot of my time. makes for long days. but it's not too bad it can be a life challenge if you make it one.

      Leadership trusts people to do the task that must be done, and that trust gets repaid daily. There's no micromanagement culture here, there's an ownership culture. People consistently go above and beyond what's technically required of them, not because anyone demands it, but because solving hard challenges for customers is just how we operate. That's what's earned AES its reputation for exceptionalism. It's the compounding result of hundreds of individual decisions to do the job right.

      Honestly, I've searched for one and come up empty... which I recognize is rare, and I don't say it lightly. If I'm forced to stretch: a culture this committed to going above and beyond means you should come ready to hold yourself to a high standard.
