      Pros

      You will get most of important benefits with this company in term of medical, working environment, epf increment from employer contribution. Condusive working place. Majority of the employees are Malays. We work as a team and everyone deserve a second chance here.

      Cons

      But salary quite so-so and comparing with other retailer seem moderate. Small office as Japanese co-owner usually very particular in costing. Yes, we can't run from office politics among co-workers. For operation, you have to work in 2 shifts and work on public holidays.

      - Friendly environment - the rules are not strict - can take a rest go buying some snacks or coffee at mall - cheap lunch at staff canteen - easy access to mrt

      Cons

      - the salary is quite low - No annual dinner - the facilities is terrible - the workspace too crowded since its open space can see all departments - Manager is too toxic and dont appreciate the staff - Not suitable for stay longer
