      Pros

      If you can do the job as the senior people, you will get the paid without having to be there for years like the senior people.

      Cons

      AC in some rooms is hot during summer day when all instruments are running, but as soon as management hear complaints, they buy new AC within a week.

      Pros

      Integrity and character focused and driven. Very fair and reasonable owners. I joined them after graduation, within a year I learned multiple instruments and received multiple merit increases, actually more than what I am making now. They promote culture of courtesy and respect.

      Cons

      They operate at meritocracy and pay well above market rate if you are able to perform. This offers a lot of opportunities to people from different industries and with different background. Since the job is performance driven and comes with good pay, they do expect you to keep up with the demand of the workload which could be overwhelming on occasion, especially for those who are not high performers.

      they had some hot headed staff but i think they're gone now
