Work from home is a perk.
Cons
They really set new employees up for failure. There's no room to ask for help or clarification. Management takes credit for work they didn't do and blame employees for things beyond their control. Extremely toxic management. I made the mistake of accepting a position here over other opportunities, and regret it.
