Forcing hardware and software teams onto the same timelines and expectations can cause issues.
Most every employee gets offices, and the campus is very nice. Overall people treated each other very well. There is a wide variety of jobs to move to if you want to change.
Cons
In an interview I asked if a certain type of job was available to co-ops. They said it was. When I went down it was not a single had co-op had a job doing that skill.
