Office politics is crazy, and lots of work dumped on you, underpaid compared to other companies

Pros

A-lot of learning opportunities for graduates. Lots of exposure to different types of project with high level work given quickly to accelerate learning. Sometimes they have hosted presentations internally for graduates.

Cons

Hard to pin down people for help when learning. Seems like a high turnover rate. Besides the occasional presentation every few months the grad program isn’t very structured. Pay could be better
