-Racist culture. As an expat you are reminded everyday, that you are there only to serve locals. You are completely dehumanised. ADNOC's human rights values are the same as the countries, which is non-existant.
-20% of the expat work-force do 80% of the work.
-Highly Biased towards Local employees. All leadership positions from Team-leader and above are only accessible to locals. Therefore, leadership teams are highly incompetent.
-High level of politicking. As an expat you will be successful only by embracing the a*s-kissing culture and flattery towards locals.
-Not much career growth opportunities.
-Absolutely no Job security. There have been mass scale firing of employees from 2016 to 2017 during the oil price crash with no justifications.
-Do not cater to employees but expect loyalty from employees. One can be fired at any point with no justifications but when employees resign they make the resignation process a living hell. Absolute psychopathic control. Terminations are swift but resignations a living hell.
