-Highly Biased towards Local employees. All leadership positions from Team-leader and above are only accessible to locals. Therefore, leadership teams are highly incompetent.
-High level of politicking. As an expat you will be successful only by embracing the a*s-kissing culture and flattery towards locals.
-Not much career growth opportunities.
-Absolutely no Job security. There have been mass scale firing of employees from 2016 to 2017 during the oil price crash with no justifications.
-Do not cater to employees but expect loyalty from employees. One can be fired at any point with no justifications but when employees resign they make the resignation process a living hell. Absolute psychopathic control. Terminations are swift but resignations a living hell.
