      Pros

      The company is fairly diversified in the work they do. Quality is the priority over anything else. You get exposed to many different forms of manufacturing and processes and some of the projects are pretty cool! If you love the work you do - this is the right place.

      They demand quality and may ask you to do something over and over until you get it perfect....
