When you’ve been around the block a few times and spent many years in the industry your realize pay is not everything. The work environment and employees are absolutely amazing. They’ve got your back and you work as a team. It’s a solid company to invest your career, I wish I had made the choose a long time ago to join this team. Not only did they set the help standards within the industry but they also follow it.

I can understand some of the negative reviews if one is not accustom to independent working environment or have little experience in the industry. In all, the company really seems great. They (at least in my area) are really easy to get along with and trust their employees to do the work and do it efficiently.
