Pros

The mission statement is admirable. The employees who work with the clients do a great job. Unfortunately they are underpaid and not appreciated by upper management.

Cons

The senior management team acts like a bunch of children. They set you up to fail.The Executive Director puts on a good show but is clueless. If you say something senior management does not want to hear, they will find a way to get rid of you.

The mission of ACR Health is second to none. Being a small part of the mission to End AIDS by 2020 in NYS and the introduction of the concept of harm reduction within the context of the heroin epidemic wsa revolutionary.

Cons

Agency is growing too fast and management is not being properly trained or vetted. As a major player in the human service industry they often miss the mark when it comes to the treatment of their most valuable asset: the employees who are out in the field doing the work day to day, very much underpaid and under appreciated.
