      Pros

      Family like atmosphere. Growing company. Built in the USA products with pride by employees who build them. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for positions all over. Rather pay low and get an entry level worker to train than to get a highly skilled experience person and pay them decently.

      Weekly pay was good and the schedule was good also. When I first started working there, it seemed like there was room for growth,

      Cons

      There are so many cons. Training is a joke. You’re hired and expected to do the job of 3 - 5 people. Management sucks. Incompetent people are running the place. Salary is not competitive, no matter what they say and turnover is high and getting higher. So many people get hired and then don’t show up after the first few days.
