Pros

I absolutely did not see any benefit from ACN unless you love to scam people. All that economic freedom they talk about Is if you succeed at getting people confused and get them to Pay the $500.

Cons

So I joined because a friend of mine told me about this business opportunity and decided to purchase the franchise (That was $499). I started going to their weekly meetings and started noticing that the main focus was in recruiting and not on the services. I notice that about 10% of effort and time were dedicated to the services and 90% was dedicated to get people to buy the franchise, that did not make sense to me because if you sell a really good product then you should not need to develop all these techniques to get people to purchase the franchise. Anyways, so I went to a regional training and God lord, it was 10 hours long per day for two days. To participate in the regional training you have to pay about $70-$90 plus a planner and t shirts, comes about $105, then later on in the middle of the extreme fatigue of hours and hours of listening how to scam people, then they tell you that the nationals are coming and that the price is $160 and besides the fact that you pay for your training, they dont offer you anything to drink, eat and on top of that, the speaker gets mad if you use the restroom!! So no one uses the restroom out of fear to not interrupt the speaker. So you already spent up to this point on the franchise plus gas plus the weekly meetings plus training plus the tshirts, planner and regionals was putting the whole investment at about $800 to $900 in less than ten business days. So I realized that it was time to cancel the franchise and not go to nationals in order to minimize lost. Thats what I did. I recovered $660 and learned a lot from scammers university. It was amazing to see how people gets hypnotized with all the crap they feed you. Bottom line is that if you sell a good product, you dont need to use deceiving practices (For example, you dont need to lie to sell a toyota, its a known good car). The products that I got for myself did not work as planned so I cancelled them. For example had the direct tv originally signed up through ACN cancelled, and signed up straight with direct tv because direct tv was able to exceed the savings and really knew about the product, ACN just wanted to sell me the product fast but did not have details about the genie or was unable to give me the genie at a receiver price. The internet that ACN sold me did not exist at the advertised speeds in my area, so had to cancel that and kept my comcast. Also, as soon as you cancel. All the people who were your friends in ACN, will try to get your friend list from facebook and try to sell the ACN stuff to them. Thank God, I have my friends list in private and I never made friends with them on Facebook anyways. I believe based on my observations that ACN survives from the recruiting process due to the expenditure of resources. The focus is not at all on the satisfaction of the customer or the quality of the services. Due to the deceiving practices, the extreme negative reviews and feedback online, and personal experience. I think this company will collapse at some point in the not too far future.

Pros

ACN is a brilliant company to work for, it has been around for over 24 years and it is growing everyday, it now operates in over 25 countries. With over 300,000 representatives/Independent Business Owners as well as a revenue of over $1billion. With it’s organisation, structure, unilever compensation plan this is definitely one of the best MLM network marketing companies out there. ACN has been ranked in the top 100 MLM/Direct selling companies 8 years in a row and it is now in top 20s consistently. If you have a good environment, a good positive, motivating network of people to help you grow and expand and someone you can learn from everyday then ACN is the company for you. Just look at how much some of the people are making of course those that put the effort, commitment and growth will reap the benefits of residual income!

Cons

It doesn't come easily for everyone; you have to work hard!
