      -Learn a lot of AutoCad -Get lots of drafting experience, and get proficient in drafting. -Some exposure to design irrigation systems -Get to work on projects of your own interest and tallents

      -Not much field work -Very small -Not a very social/friendly environment, everyone is very independent
