Pros

Fair pay, good benefits. Great resume builder. Good logistics entry level position, especially for a straight out of college person.

Cons

Don't get roped in with the last few reviews giving multiple stars. Those are the owners kids trying to save face. This is an awful place to work. You are treated so poorly by management, who are all related, nepotism at its worst! Very little training or support then chastised when things don't go as planned. This job is very trial by fire. Good resume builder if you can deal with the constant disrespect you receive. Long hours are just expected, working through lunch is also expected. Employees vanish, revolving door of new hires. Small office staff (6-8 people) but treated like a number, no camaraderie. Overall terrible place to work unless you enjoy being treated poorly for 10 hours a day!

Pros

Salary is good. Company paid benefits.

Cons

Hostile work environment, little to no training, you are given a workload that is impossible and yelled at daily when it’s not completed or tasks get overlooked due to amount of work you have. Owner and HR are related can you say nepotism? You are treated like a number a way for them to hire less people and expect the work of three out of one person. This is such an angry and cold environment. You’re a number not a person. No one cares. Cold and silent work place because everyone is so overworked and unhappy.

Pros

-Good resume builder. Great subject matter for job interviews when you inevitably move on. -You actually do learn a lot about logistics and the industry. -IF you are lucky enough to be managing one of the easier accounts, and can get the job down to a science, and there are no external factors affecting the industry (worker strikes, carrier shortages, etc.) - and those are big IFs - it might not be so bad, just a bit monotonous. -Full health benefits. -The coworkers I on my team were pretty nice, but I doubt any of them are still there. -The office building is pretty nice.

Cons

First, let me say I am willing to bet my life that any and all positive reviews are written by the owner or her children, who make up the entirety of the management team, to save face. Every negative review I read was consistent with my experience. -The biggest downside is the harassment. You will be yelled at, cursed out, and verbally abused by management constantly. -Pay is bad. Some people have said decent pay, so maybe they just lowballed me, but my pay was terrible for the job I was doing. -There are no advancement opportunities, mainly due to nepotism. All 3 or 4 management positions are occupied by the owner and her children. -No training whatsoever. They sit you at a desk and expect you to just magically know how to do the job. -You will be doing the work of 3-4 people, most of which will be putting out fires that you didn't start. Because of this, work days are long, anywhere from 10-16 hours, with no overtime pay. -High turnover. I was told by current employees at the time that most people don't last a year. I'm not sure how true that is overall, but it was certainly true in my case.
