Where do I begin? The main office is in China, so it's hard to communicate with them. They have no sort of database to use. They are using smart sheets and dropbox. I was hired to do A/R, was hired via phone and email. No contract was ever signed. They never said I would be calling on accounts from a different company that they bought. Most of those were already paid in full. very frustrating. It took 3 weeks to get authorization to purchase Quickbooks, so we could keep some sort of history of sales etc. Plus easier to find what a customer owes. The HR is very unprofessional, Rude and verbally abusive. I suggested we should concentrate on getting 2017 PIF because most of the people from the bad debt they bought had PIF. She flew off the handle. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They have customers who pay tax and do not record it. HR said to mark it as an overpayment and to just leave it. They are not OSHA compliant, Only want to hire PT staff so they do not have to pay for benefits. If they want to grow they need to follow US laws and protocol . Breaking laws.
