      Pros

      Callings are warm hearted and amazing. The director of engineering was a dream to collaborate with. The benefits package is satisfactory.

      Cons

      Three levels of management was nothing short of a nightmare with each of them being egotistical, narcissistic, calculated and manipulative. Make no mistake they want you to bow and when you don’t vowel they try to push you out. I have never seen so many colleagues in sales specifically, resign.

      Pros

      There are some great coworkers. You will see exciting new technology. They have competitive benefits. The company is financially stable and growing.

      Cons

      They are always a step or two behind the growth which puts strain on already overworked staff. You can't discuss problems or suggest improvements without getting put on the naughty list. The owners do not treat all the employees equally. It is very obvious who their favorites are. Sales department is exempt from following policies and procedures.
